To place an order at our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the My Account section. From that moment you can manage your shipping details, order status, order history, favorite clothes, etc. and also will be invited to special offers, discounts and giveaways.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH MOTORETA?
To place your order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your Shopping basket before completing your order.
HOW MUCH ARE THE PRODUCTS AND HOW CAN I PAY?
The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and MOTORETA reserves the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs (free for ordes above 100 € in Spain and 150 € rest of the world) and Customs duties are not included in the price (Please note that import duty and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country). Users can pay by bank transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. If paying by bank transfer, the sending of the receipt of the transfer shall be taken to the order.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
If the amount of your purchase exceeds 100 € for national orders or 150€ for international orders, MOTORETA pay the freight. For Orders under these you must add shipping cost, that will be automatically calculated depending on the destiny. 5,95€ for Standard Domestic Shipping, 14,95€ for Standard International Shipping (Postal Service) and
39,95€ for Express International Shipping.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you place your order and accept payment you will receive an electronic mail from firstname.lastname@example.org confirming acceptance of the order. Through this direction we can also answer all your queries about the delivery status. In addittion, you can check your order status in the My Account section.
HOW CAN I MODIFY/CONSULT DOUBTS ABOUT AN ORDER I MADE?
We are available to clear up any doubts that you may have abour orders through email@example.com. Once you place your order and accept payment you will receive an electronic mail from this direction confirming acceptance of the order and giving you an order ID. Through your personal account you can follow the delivery status.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our commitment to deliver is 2-7 days in Spain, 5-15 days for EU and other european countriers and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world, but in normal situations delivery will occur long before.For international destinations you can also choose a express service, which takes 3-5 days from the date of purchase in Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world.
Products will be sent to the address provided by the user using Postal Services or Courier services. In order to optimize the delivery we advise to supply an address where the order can be delivered during working hours. If we do not comply with the delivery times stated on the product page, except in case of a reason beyond our control, you may cancel the order.
WHAT IS MOTORETA’S DELIVERY POLICY?
Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts for delivery. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office. If you change the delivery address, there will be an extra charge, which you will have to defray and pay directly to the courier company.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the courier company. Please do not accept any packages that are damaged or show signs of having been opened. Make a claim to the carrier and send us a copy of the claim.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM MOTORETA?
MOTORETA accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of your order. If an item is not going well, you can change to another or refund your money in a very simple way as you see in the following table:

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO MAKE A RETURN?
MOTORETA accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from receipt of your order. No returns or changes will be accepted after this period.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEM PURCHASED?
If after receiving an item you decide to change it, the process is easy to follow:
1. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for the return
2. MOTORETA will contact with the courier service or will agreed the shipping options with you
3. If proceed, the courier will contact you and removes the product to send to MOTORETA
4. After receiving the product, MOTORETA will review and
If a BONUS it’s applicable we will send you an on-line bonus with the full amount to use in your next purchase. The bonus will expired in 6 months.
If a REFUND it’s applicable, you will be refund via the same payment method you used when making the purchase.
CAN SALE PRODUCTS BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of Sale items.

Enter the MY ACCOUNT section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered with your account and your new password will be sent directly to that e-mail address.
